- September 1997 - Starts at Boston College where he meets JeremyIto, his roommate and is befriended by LaraCooper, LilyBarnes and AlexCabler as well as ShesuAshari Shesu
- June 1999 - Travels to Europe to Study Abroad for the year
- 25 March 2000 - Manifests and has lunch with AlexCabler
- 30 August 2000 - His mother VanessaKnight Vanessa dies
- 25 September 2000 - In dealing with his mothers estate, he comes across a safety deposit box registered to U. Knight and starts investigating
- 25 November 2000 - Finds the houseboat of UlyssesKnightJr Ulysses T. Knight Jr. that has been burned
- 1 December 2000-25 July 2005 - Continues to investigate into the history and whereabouts of UlyssesKnightJr Ulysses and SebastianKazi
- 25-27 July 2005 - Finds SebastianKazi who is on the run from TheLost and informs Zack about the organization. SebastianKazi agrees to set up a meeting for Zack with an old Agency friend, Mercades and they help Zack track down UlyssesKnightJr Ulysses as they were old friends
- 18 March 2006 - TheLeftHand, impersonating Mercades, sets up a trap for Sebastian and Zack but they escape
- 26 May 2006 - Locates the apartment of UlyssesKnightJr Ulysses in Morocco but is attacked by Burnout. He is able to run from both Burnout and the incoming Agency
- 16 June 2006 - Sneaks back into the burned out apartment and locates a safety deposit number for an account in Switzerland and, unknown to him, is watched by TheLeftHand
- 1 August 2006 - Travels to Switzerland and locates the safety deposit box. He is confronted by TheLeftHand, impersonating Mercades who demands the contents of the box. He refuses and runs.
- 14 December 2006 - Confronts Burnout in Baltimore and they fight. Burnout believes he has killed Zack and leaves
- 14 January 2007 - TheLeftHand, impersonating Mercades, catches Zack in Baltimore and shoots him, taking what it believes is the key to ParadiseLost and leaves Zack for dead
- 15 January 2007 - Needing medical care, Zack ends up at Johns Hopkins emergency room but before he is treated he notices a advertisement pinned to a staff board that is a roommate request from LaraCooper. He goes off to see if she can help him.
- 16 January 2007-August 2007 - Receives treatment for his injuries and remains in hiding at LaraCooper Lara's apartment in Baltimore
