Salutations,
It is with a heavy heart that I bend quill to paper this eve. I fear that this may be my last letter for a while. The path that I have found, must be illuminated. I must see what there is to see on this dark road, but I know I will come though to the dawn on the following morning.
I do not want you to worry, my own body shall be protected in this task, and I quake for my own mind if I do not see my way to the final answers. However this next leg of my journey will take me far a field, and while I know that a great many wonders I shall encounter there, a mailbox, will not likely be one of them.
My thoughts are with you all on this your day of triumph and I have no desire to remove any joy from this moment. It seems well fated as you take your ships to your new shores, I too take mine.
This traveler must depart, my horse is saddled and waiting. Do not fear, to a triumphant ring of applause the bard shall return.
When I cannot say.
Until then,
Your humble servant,
Z Graves
