======The Ashari Tribe======

The Ashari are an ancient tribe of humans, who worship the earth.  Ashari means 'blessed by the earth' in Asha, the tribal language.  The tribe lived an ascetic, minimalist lifestyle, drawing everything they needed to survive from nature.  Most of the tribe lives in TheAshariVillage.

Ashari Beliefs: Man's efforts to tame nature are futile.  Everything good that has been accomplished by man (medicines, agriculture, machines) have already existed in nature, and all the evils that man has wrought are children of his struggle against nature (destruction of the environment, health crises, flooded cities, etc).  The Ashari try to shun manmade things, instead hunting/gathering for their food, using plants for medicine, constructing their homes from natural materials.  Their appearance to outsiders is partly primitive (still hunting for their food), and partly very advanced (their medicine keeps them really healthy, they cultivate plants which are stronger than steel, etc).  They constantly try to live perfectly within nature.

Additionally, the Ashari have a disproportionately high number of metahumans among the priesthood.  All Ashari children are screened by the priests for metahuman powers (called 'Earth's touch', or 'Naharo' in Asha) at age 6. Those found to have earth-affirming abilities are segregated into the priesthood's keeping.  Priests in the tribe all give up their original names when they enter into the priesthood, and live without a name, and under a vow of silence for a year.  Then, they are given an "earth name" by the elders, and accepted into the rank of novice.

The Ashari were very reclusive.  Hidden well within the jungle, most locals only ever heard rumors of their existence.  Those that did come in contact with them came back with very strange tales of their way of life.  Some rumors that were circulating as of 1998:
	- "Even when we were starving during the droughts last year, they still had plenty of food..."
	- "My cousin saw one of them get badly mauled by a lion, and was sure he'd die... but then 3 weeks later he saw the same man, running around as if nothing ever happened!"
	- "My uncle took some rich white men hunting in the forest, but we strayed into their territory... one of them threatened us if we didn't leave, but one of the men we were guiding shot him... the shot knocked him over, but then he got up and ran away like it did not hurt at all."

		The Ashari discover ColdSteel and establish a their main [[TheAshariVillage village]]near the mountain that the ColdSteel meteorite hit upon landing on earth
	- 1306 BCE 
		[[NDore N'Dore]] is born in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]]
	- 1305 BCE 
		[[NDore N'Dore]] is made a holy woman of her Ashari tribe
	- 18 November 1282 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] is born
	- 1276 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] takes his first trial

		Having heard of the legend of [[NDore N'Dore]], [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] sends the [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] to capture her.

		[[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] is thwarted in capturing [[NDore N'Dore]] by the Ashari villagers

		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] takes his third trial, which ends up being a quest to rescue [[NDore N'Dore]]
	- October 1268 BCE 
		[[Bokula]] a holy man of a neighboring tribe, betrays [[NDore N'Dore]] to  [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]], enabling her capture.  [[Bokula]] travels back with [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] to [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] and joins the [[TheLost Lost]].
	- October 1267 BCE 
		[[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] arrives with [[NDore N'Dore]] who refuses to fortell for [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]].
	- 1264 BCE 
		While traveling though the deserts of Arabia [[NduluAshari N’dulu]] helps [[Thalia]] fight [[Luyu]] and as payment to that debt, she joins him on his quest. They meet [[JaidenKnight Jaiden Knight]] and [[AylinKazi Aylin Kazi]] and travel with them to the Kazi stronghold in India.
		[[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] begins experimenting with [[RuneCraft Runes]] on [[NDore N'Dore]] to try to get her to foretell for him.
	- 1263 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] and [[Thalia]] arrive at the Kazi stronghold and are welcomed by [[RafikKazi Rafik Kazi]]. [[NduluAshari N’dulu]] and [[AylinKazi Aylin]] are married and [[NduluAshari N’dulu]] receives the [[MedallionofAugustus Medallion of Augustus]] from [[RafikKazi Rafik Kazi]] as a wedding present.
	- 1262-1261 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] along with [[Thalia]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[AylinKazi Aylin]], travels to the Ashari Village in order to establish a trade route and protect others from attacks from the [[TheLost Lost]]
	- November 1261 BCE  
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] , [[AylinKazi Aylin]], [[Thalia]] and [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] arrive at the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari Village]]. [[Thalia]] and [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] are married.
	- 28 November 1261 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]]  and [[AylinKazi Aylin]] have a son, [[TiombeAshari Tiombe]].
	- 1260 BCE 
		[[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] successfully places runes on [[NDore N'Dore]] , using a combination of parts of [[RunicCodeBook Runic Code Book]] and Deathblade. She has to be tortured into this foretelling, and the close proximity with [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] drives her permanently insane while Deathblade flays the flesh from her bones, but Zaizen keeps her alive and etches ColdSteel runes on her bones, keeping her immortal and under Zaizen’s control. He is told by [[NDore N'Dore]] that the [[TheBrotherhood Brotherhood]] will be his downfall.
	- October 1259 BCE 
		[[NduluAshari N’dulu]] , [[AylinKazi Aylin]], [[Thalia]] and [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] head back to India, with the plan to help people being attacked by the [[TheLost Lost]] again along the way. [[TiombeAshari Tiombe]] stays in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] with [[NduluAshari Ndulu’s]] family.
	- 1255 BCE 
		[[TiombeAshari Tiombe]] takes the first trial in his village.
	- 1258 BCE 
		Along the way back to the Kazi stronghold, [[NduluAshari N’dulu]] , [[AylinKazi Aylin]], [[Thalia]] and [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] meet [[TarifMohammed Tarif Mohammed]] who is responding to a request for help from [[Ra]]. [[NduluAshari N’dulu]] , [[AylinKazi Aylin]], [[Thalia]] and [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] agree to help fight [[TheLost Lost]]  in Egypt
	- 1252 BCE 
		[[TiombeAshari Tiombe]] takes the second trials in his village.
	- 1251 BCE 
		[[AylinKazi Aylin]] is killed by [[Bokula]]
	- 1250 BCE 
		During the fighting against the [[TheLost Lost]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] is blinded by [[Bokula]] but [[NduluAshari Ndulu]] kills [[Bokula]]. Led by [[TarifMohammed Tarif]] and [[Moses]], [[NduluAshari Ndulu]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] as well as [[Miriam]] and [[Binish]] leave Egypt in order to try and save people from the wrath of [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]].
	- 1249 BCE 
		[[TarifMohammed Tarif]] provides a distraction during a fight with the [[TheLost Lost]], enabling [[NduluAshari Ndulu]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]]  to escape through a portal that [[Thalia]] makes in Mt. Sinai and using the [[MedallionofAugustus Medallion of Augustus]].  They create [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] and the [[ArkoftheCovenant Ark of the Covenant]]. They provide [[Moses]] with a key to gain access to [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] but leave the [[ArkoftheCovenant Ark]] in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] .
	- December 1248 BCE 
		[[TarifMohammed Tarif]], [[Miriam]], [[YadidMohammed Yadid]], [[BaruchMohammed Baruch]], [[AhavaMohammed Ahava]] and [[EsamMohammed Esam]] join [[NduluAshari Ndulu]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]], and head towards Siberia in order to take on [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] directly. They declare themselves [[TheChosen The Chosen]]
	- April 1247 BCE 
		During their travels to Siberia, [[TarifMohammed Tarif]], [[NduluAshari Ndulu]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] stop in the Kazi stronghold and tell [[RafikKazi Rafik Kazi]] about their new group, [[TheChosen The Chosen]]. The tenants for [[TheChosen The Chosen]] are established and at their core is that they are metahumans that are banding together due to the attacks of [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]]. They let [[RafikKazi Rafik Kazi]] into their plans, and encourage him to have his caravans spread the word to any located metahumans of safe refuge in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]]. The Kazi caravans then start funneling any willing metahumans into [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]].
	- September 1247 BCE 
		[[TarifMohammed Tarif]], [[NduluAshari Ndulu]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] attack [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] directly, they fail in defeating him but steal his ColdSteel meteorite and hide it in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]]. [[NDore N’Dore]] is able to give them a message. [[NduluAshari Ndulu]] is captured by [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] in the process and is eventually killed.
	- 1246 BCE 
		[[TarifMohammed Tarif]] gives the message from [[NDore N’Dore]]  to [[TiombeAshari Tiombe]]. [[TarifMohammed Tarif]] , [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] defeat the [[TheLost Lost]] through the use of the two deposits of ColdSteel, one at the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari Village]] and the one in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]]. The main battle takes place at the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari Village]], where [[TarifMohammed Tarif]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] have gone since that is the point of focus for [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen’s]] wrath. [[TheHorsemen Zaizen’s lieutenants]] destroy the village but fail to regain the meteroite.
		[[Thalia]] creates a doorway to [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] and they evacuate the remaining villagers into [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]]  where they are met by some of the metahumans gathered there by the Kazi caravans.
	- 1245 BCE
		[[TarifMohammed Tarif]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] go and rescue [[NduluAshari Ndulu]] but unknown to them he is already dead and the rescue the [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] who is impersonating him.
		After the rescue [[TarifMohammed Tarif]], the [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]], [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] leave together but, [[JaidenKnight Jaiden]] and [[Thalia]] divert to the Kazi stronghold while [[TarifMohammed Tarif]] and the [[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] head back to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]].
	- 27 July 1244 BCE
		[[TheLeftHand Left Hand]] arrives back at the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] and enters the doorway into [[ParadiseLost Pardise Lost]], and steals the [[ArkoftheCovenant Ark of the Covenant]] key then escapes back to [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]].	
	- 1223 BCE 
		[[TiombeAshari Tiombe]] has a son [[DavuAshari Davu]].
	- 1217 BCE 
		[[DavuAshari Davu]] takes the first trial.
	- 1214 BCE 
		[[DavuAshari Davu]] takes the second trial.
	- 1191 BCE 
		[[TiombeAshari Tiombe]] passes on the message from [[NDore N’Dore]] to [[DavuAshari Davu]]. [[DavuAshari Davu]] starts on his quest, the third trial.
	- 1176 BCE 
		[[Matu]] is born in a village near the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]].
	- 1170 BCE 
		[[Matu]] becomes an orphan after the [[TheRightHand Right Hand]] kills his parents and tribe.
		[[DavuAshari Davu]] finds Matu and brings [[Matu]] back to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]].
		[[Matu]] takes the first trial.
	- 1167 BCE 
		[[Matu]] takes the second trial.
	- 1161 BCE 
		[[DavuAshari Davu]] tells [[Matu]] the message from [[NDore N’Dore]]. 
		[[Matu]] begins his quest, the third trial.
	- 1145 BCE 
		[[Matu]] saves [[VictorKnight Victor Knight]] who is being attacked by [[Soren]] and kills [[Soren]]. [[Matu]] convinces [[VictorKnight Victor]] to join him in his quest which brings them into Egypt and talking with the [[TheAllianceofHumanity Alliance of Humanity]].
	- November 1145 BCE 
		[[Matu]] and [[VictorKnight Victor]] enter Egypt and save the leader of the [[TheAllianceofHumanity Alliance of Humanity]], [[Menefer]] who is being attacked by [[Luyu]]. This enables collaboration to begin between the [[TheChosen Chosen]] and the [[TheAllianceofHumanity Alliance of Humanity]] against [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]].
	- 1144 BCE 
		A meeting between [[Matu]], [[VictorKnight Victor]] representing the [[TheChosen Chosen]] and the [[TheAllianceofHumanity Alliance of Humanity]] represented by [[Menefer]] occurs where they discuss how to defeat [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]]. 
		[[Matu]] then leaves with members of [[TheChosen Chosen]] including [[NamirMohammed Namir Mohammed]] to rescue [[NDore N'Dore]] from Siberia.
	- 1143 BCE 
		[[Matu]] rescues [[NDore N'Dore]] and [[Golem]] from [[ZaizensTemple Zaizen’s fortress]] but during the fight [[NamirMohammed Namir]] is killed by Deathblade. [[Matu]]  returns to [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] with [[Golem]] and [[NDore N’Dore]] goes back to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]], leading the rest of her people who had taken sanctuary in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]] back to their homeland in Africa.
		[[NDore N’Dore]] makes the [[ShesuBook Book]] by studying the runes on herself. She provides the [[ShesuBook Book]] with her power to foretell the future and the ability to keep the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] safe from [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] while the Book is in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]].
	- 1141 BCE 
		After the fight to divide [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]], [[Matu]] leaves for the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]]
	- 1025 BCE 
		[[Matu]] dies a peaceful death in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]]
	- 599 BCE 
		[[AshamAshari Asham]] is born in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]]

		A break out at the partial seal near the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] and the [[TheNine Nine]] return to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] to deal with it.
	- 862-884 CE 
		[[Alaistar]] arrives to help with the breakout of the [[Hollows]].
	- 884 CE	
		[[NDore N'dore]] identifies the Tidebreaker
		[[Miyen Mi-yen]] and [[RenjiYoritomo Renji]] arrive in the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]]
	- 1928 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Turalo Oso]] is born
	- 1934 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]] takes his first trial
	- 1937 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]] takes his second trial
	- 1940 CE 
		[[NDore N’Dore]] foresees the great destruction to be wrought by Deathblade, and sends [[TuraloOso Oso]]  out into the world, to stop the "Blade of Darkness", and find the key to stopping the [[ZaizenTamari Corruptor]] once and for all as his third trial.
	- February 1944 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul Omar Mohammed]] and [[Alaistar]] meet, sharing the same quest, and [[TuraloOso Oso's]] riddle telling him to seek the Desert Storm, become fast friends. They team up together to stop Deathblade.
	- March 1944 CE 
		[[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael Zolvolovitch]], [[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] clash in Rome, [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]] touches the sword during the struggle and becomes the new Deathblade, he is blasted by [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and disappears into the Mediterranean Sea.
	- April-December 1944 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] track and fight [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]] across the various theaters of Europe, as the new Deathblade works his way North and East. The blade is fueled by the death around it, making it nearly unstoppable in the war zones. Along the way the trio must also defeat hollows created in the horrors of war. They become close friends.   [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]], retaining enough humanity to control the sword, follows [[VladimirTopesky Vlad’s]] orders, [[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]], unaware that Vlad is pulling the strings, continue to fight [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]] through the various battles of Europe. [[BenjaminGates Benjamin Reginald Gates]] assists [[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] during this time because he wants to see [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]] fail and uses them as pawns in their [[TheBrotherhood Brotherhood]] conflict.	
	- May 1945 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] track Deatblade to Okinawa. In the killing fields there, something appears to change within [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]], he totally succumbs to the blades evil. The Black armor forming completely around his face and head. He talks in a different voice and acts differently, as if listening to voices only he can hear. He abandons the field in Okinawa and heads north and west.
	- June 1945 CE 
		[[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael]], having completely lost his war with Deathblade, follows Deathblade's' instructions and goes to Siberia having been thwarted in continuing to feast off of the death in Okinawa by [[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]].  [[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] chase Deathblade to Siberia 
	- October 1945 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]],  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] and [[Alaistar]] have a final titanic battle with Deathblade in the ice flows of Siberia. During the fighting [[MichaelZolvolovitch Michael's]] personality is able to assert itself one last time. Not wanting to lose himself entirely to the blade he stabs the blade though his chest. There is a huge explosion and the runes on the blade seem to go out and the whole blade goes black and he tumbles into the icy depths.
		[[TuraloOso Oso]] believes his quest is done and wants to go back to his [[TheAshariVillage village]].  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] wants to fight [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]].  [[Alaistar]] supports [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]], and [[TuraloOso Oso]] leaves, ignoring the other two because he believes his quest is complete.  [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] is headstrong and doesn’t listen to [[Alaistar]] and heads off alone to attack [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]], leaving [[Alaistar]] alone in Siberia.  
	- 1946 CE 
		[[TuraloOso Oso]] returns to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]] but discovers that his quest is not completed and so goes back into the world to finish his duties.
	- July 1948 CE 
		Deathblade attacks the lab in Siberia established by [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]] to acquire the [[ZaizensPuzzleBox Puzzle Box]] but [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]] is not there. Deathblade locates the [[[ZaizensPuzzleBox Puzzle Box]] and feels drawn towards a nearby [[ZaizensTemple volcano]]. There he activates it flooding him with some of [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen’s]] knowledge, but before he can complete the transfer [[TuraloOso Oso]] charges in, having heard rumors of Deathblade's return and wrests the box free. In a life and death struggle [[TuraloOso Oso]] looks to be lost, but [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] shows up at the last moment to help him because he was tracking [[VladimirTopesky Vlad]] and saw the attack on the lab and followed Deathblade. The two together manage to defeat Deathblade, snapping the blade in two and knocking it into the lava. Thinking that the end, the two reunited friends leave, with [[AbdulOmarMohammed Abdul]] taking the [[ZaizensPuzzleBox Puzzle Box]] for safe keeping.
	- 1982 CE 
		A child who will be later known as [[ShesuAshari Shesu]] is born near N'Djamena, Chad. Birth name unknown.
	- 1988 CE 
		Both parents of the boy later to known as [[ShesuAshari Shesu]] are killed by landmines. He is moved to an orphanage in Nigeria, where [[TuraloOso Oso]] finds and adopts him. They travel to the [[TheAshariVillage Ashari village]], and [[ShesuAshari Shesu]] begins his year of silence.  [[TuraloOso Oso's]] spirit quest is completed. He becomes a father figure to [[ShesuAshari Shesu]], helping him learn about his power, and guiding him and advising him as he grows.
	- 1989 CE 
		The year of silence ends, and [[ShesuAshari Shesu]] is given his current name, and becomes a full-fledged member of the tribe, and an earth priest initiate.
	- 1991 CE 
		[[ShesuAshari Shesu]] experiences his first spirit quest, experience ColdSteel
	- 1994 CE 
		[[ShesuAshari Shesu]] has his second spirit quest, trans-African trek to test his powers
	- 1997 CE
