====Part 11 of the [[FoundationoftheNine Foundation of the Nine]] - The Final Fight====

**Location:** [[TheScholarsGuild The Scholar's Guild]]

[[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] says, "TO ARMS! Let no wraith survive!!!"

[[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]], [[Raven S-Raven]], and [[RenjiYoritomo S-Renji]] charge into the hall. [[Miyen Mi-yen]] is right with them with her sword and a long dagger in the other hand.

They charge though into the waiting wraiths, fighting for all they are worth. Each time a Soul takes a blow their weapon shakes slightly, maybe gets a small dent but they seem to take no damage. At first they look like they will be in trouble, unable to get though the horde of hollows and wraiths that stand before you...but...[[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] says, "We can see them, in the shadow realm, we can attack them directly! TO ARMS!" As he says it a wraith screams in pain and seems to fall into itself, clawing at unseen attackers and then disappearing.

[[RenjiYoritomo S-Renji]] winks at [[Mi-yen]], "That one was me."

They fight their way through to the door that is guarded by the wraiths. With a outstretched hand [[ZinRaishin Zin]], pulls his hands together as if holding onto something. And the wraiths freeze.

[[ZinRaishin Zin]] says, "I...Cannot...hold...this...long....move...quickly....."

[[Omi]] leans a hand on [[ZinRaishin Zin]] and power ripples from the old man into [[ZinRaishin Zin]]. The two men stand there locked in concentration.

[[Raven S-Raven]] speaks. "The runes are down, open the door quickly."

[[Hugh]] and [[Miyen Mi-yen]] kick down the door in tandem.

[[Chen S-Chen]] says, "The ritual has begun, get to the machine."

"CHARGE" [[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] says and charges down the slope to the alter of the machine.

They fight their way though the wraiths. The wraiths have bored a hole though the solid rock to the sky, the light from the comet streaks in from the sky mixing with the ambient light and strikes the crystal. The crystal glows with a deep purple inner light and shines though the various gates and hits the alter, to which is chained [[Justin]] who is screaming. Out behind him there is a huge black portal beginning to form. [[Justin Justin’s]] body burns with a purple light and then turns to ash.

"Bah, useless,” announces a wraith, standing by the alter. He looks up as [[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] charges, "The life spark come to me?! Take her! Her life will be enough to hold the gate for the master!" The wraith at the alter is wearing alchemist guild robes.

As [[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] charges the Ox wraith steps out of the shadows, and bats [[VirgilBelmont S-Virgil]] aside like a rag doll. [[ZinRaishin Zin]] and [[Omi]] stalk forward eyes closed holding the wraiths around them down with all their will. The wraith at the alter looks stunned and pulls back half of his body dropping lifeless his shadowy form beginning to struggle with something. The wraith pulls back into his body. full aware again.

"Get the [[LifeSpark LIFE SPARK]]!" he cries.

"Kill [[PoratomoRaishin Po's]] Brother, he is what holds you down!"

The wraiths engage, swinging wildly, the Ox Wraith disappears somewhere.

[[Alaistar S-Alaistar]] yells, his voice like the wind. "The Ox is charging [[ZinRaishin Zin]], he is cloaked somehow."

[[Miyen Mi-yen]] moves to defend [[ZinRaishin Zin]] the huge Ox appears out of nowhere about to turn [[ZinRaishin Zin]] into a bloody pulp, he rears up but stops short as if he was hit.

[[Miyen Mi-yen]] takes the opportunity to try and decapitate the Ox wraith with both sword and dagger. She flies at his neck bringing her blades down removing his head. The black energy begins to fill the void where his head was, reforming it. Suddenly the black spot where the energy is explodes outward the Ox's body falls.

[[SebastianNemo S-Nemo]] says, "NOW the binding IS IN PLACE!!!!"

Without hesitation [[Miyen Mi-yen]] starts sprinting towards the alter and the light with a determined look on her face.

[[Alaistar S-Alaistar]] cries "Hurry they are going to disrupt the ritual!"

[[Miyen Mi-yen]] dives into the light, landing on top of the ash left from [[Justin Justin’s]] corpse. The light touches her and burns though her. Her face grimaces, her eyes grow wide. She looks like she is in incredible pain but does not cry out, instead planting her foot into the alters surface and squaring herself to face where a black gateway begins to form.

The wraith screams in rage, "NOOOO it's a trap, remove her! STOP THE RUNECASTERS!"

[[ZinRaishin Zin]] screams in rage, and shouts to the heavens, [[Omi]] joins his cry as they pull on an incredible amount of power.

The Snake wraith hisses in fury and moves to push [[Miyen Mi-yen]] out of the light. "You will not disrupt our victory."

[[Hugh]] appears behind him, and shoves a dagger though his throat. "We will."

The black portal shakes and blue runes start to appear over it. Just as large black glowing eyes appear. A sense of dread fills the room, and then the portal
glows bright white.

The Snake looks in horror at the white portal. "No...no...what have you done...what have you fools done!!!"

The portal shrinks into nothingness and as it winks out the wraiths bodies fall lifeless to the ground. The hollows as well...and it is silent. [[Miyen Mi-yen]] sinks down onto the alters surface.

[[ZinRaishin Zin]] half ethereal, he comes over to [[Alaistar S-Alaistar]]. "[[Alaistar]], you have made me proud...My body...my will...is spent.. [[Omi Omi’s]] power maintains me for a few moments more....I thank him for that...I’m sorry that I have to leave you again...alone...but you are stronger than the boy I met all those years ago...Thank you for giving me hope..." He smiles....and begins to fade.

“Thank you” [[Alaistar S-Alaistar]] says and smiles, “Rest. I will take it from here.”

"I will be with you...." With that [[ZinRaishin Zin]] fades.

[[Alaistar S-Alaistar]] gives a wry grin.

The silence hangs for a moment.

There is a small sound coming from [[Miyen Mi-yen]] on the alter, followed by laugh from [[Hugh]] which she tiredly joins
