They let Rafik [[RafikKazi Rafik Kazi]] into their plans, and encourage him to have his caravans spread the word to any located metahumans of safe refuge in [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]]. The Kazi caravans then start funneling any willing metahumans into [[ParadiseLost Paradise Lost]].

[[Ndore N’dore]] is able to give them a message. [[NduluAshari Ndulu]] is captured by [[ZaizenTamari Zaizen]] in the process and is eventually killed.
