Description: Mr. Lavinie is the chef at the TheStJamesHotel The St. James Hotel and TheStJamesOrphanage Orphanage of New Orleans, Louisiana. He has a jolly laugh to go along with his huge belly. He claims to have been "classically" trained but has no proof other than that his food is tasty. He loves the children of the orphanage, and is constantly sneaking them treats and things (much to the chagrin of the head of the staff, Martin French). Louis can read and write and teaches any interested child the same skills.
