<#ann: Celeste has no interest in gambling, and vaguely disapproves (though not enough to stop her from using Cal as a source of money later on). She does not go the first time. She will go a few times once it becomes a regular habit, but it's clear she's just trying to make sure she's not missing out on something. I'm not sure that the gambling halls would be safe for preteen girls out after dark with no chaperone. #>
