Deco is a small white boy. He arrived at a very young age, and does not remeber his parents or what happened to him before he came here.
Deco, loves to draw. He'll draw with anything and where ever he can and not get beaten for it. This restricts him mainly to using charcoal scraps and the walls of the dormitory. He's made etchings and sketched on these walls, as well as in the Bell Tower. His drawings range from individuals, to places, to anything within his imagination. He was left at the orphanage as an infant, around 1 year of age, without a note or indication of any family. He is in general quiet, but is scolded a lot for being dirty since his hands are almost never clean, even after a good scrub.
