AM It’s daylight in China when the plane overflies the airstrip. Devi and Raven teleport into the building A’s elevator shaft. Raven reports that Building A appears to be 7 floors down. Raven slides down the elevator lines.
A van pulls up at the Amsterdam strip. The Saint and Radley get out. Shank is standing there with 2 spiderbots, ready to make the exchange.
Plane lands at the China strip. There are 4 spiderbots and a strange man are at the end of the runway. Raven drops down the elevator shaft to the sixth floor. Spiders come out and surround the plane, and following them walks a big silvery box. It irises open, and reveals a glass coffin with Nemo inside. Alaistar opens the plane door, and steps down with Elana in tow.
Santiago and Shank negotiate about verification of the goods, as Alaistar and the Simulacrum negotiate the same in China. Meanwhile Raven and Devi have run into a threshold, and are waiting for orders to proceed. Alaistar, sensing that delaying won’t get them any further, tells her to go ahead, and all hell breaks loose.
China: The spiders arm, the good guys jump out of the plane, and Raven and Devi start to pull the weapon moulds out of the inner threshold which is containing them. Devi gets two moulds out of the inner threshold before noticing that the elevator is coming for them.
Out of nowhere, Hugh appears all in black, shatters the coffin, and springs with Nemo into the hangar. Elana uses an extra round to run into the hangar after them, and closes the doors. Fio jumps at the simulacrum with Renji attacking the spiders. Ban covers the spiders from the coffin in metal domes.
Amsterdam: fight continues. Shank takes out a gatling gun of syringes, but Radley dodges all of them. One of the spiders cuts Radley, and her disguise breaks.
Underground: Raven tells Devi to physically break the threshold, so Devi steps out of the threshold, makes a shovel/bat/jackhammer/thing from shadow, and smashes at the cement around the threshold.
Aboveground: Hugh hands naked Nemo to Elana, and vanishes. Elana, having seen the action in Amsterdam, announces that the spiders’ weak spots are in their heads. Elana takes Nemo to the cockpit, and buckles him in, using extra actions. Ban holds the metal domes over the spiders.
Fio and Renji attack the spider near them. Renji throws a grenade that exposes the weak spot at the spider’s head. Fio, following Alaistar’s orders, destroys the spider.
Alaistar tries to thwart a spider from attacking Ban, but does not succeed. Serena, trying to save Ban, gets injured herself and appears in human form with a damaged tomahawk.
Fio does some amazing ninja-dodging. Nemo wakes up, turns into S-Nemo and tells S-Alaistar to forget the molds, forget the weapons, just get out and protect Mi-Yen. Elana asks the group if they are ready to rendez-vous.
Amsterdam: a syringe hits Radley, fills with blood and heads back towards Shank. Peter shoots it out of the air and the blood spatters on the tarmac. Peter notes that the spider weak spot is moving, and Duke/Peter/Joe/Santiago destroy another spider.
Underground: Devi finishes destroying the threshold, piles everything into the room, and becomes a shadow again.
Aboveground: Ban passes out from the effort and the spiders are released. Elana offers to break out of the hangar with the plane and Nemo runs with it, hitting the “launch missile” button. Alaistar orders Serena to bring passed-out Ban to the hangar. Fio throws grenades at the spiders nearest him. Renji manages to swipe at one, exposing a weak point, and Fio destroys it. Serena runs into the original plane with Ban’s unconscious body.
Underground: Devi tries to teleport the moulds to outside of the wall, but fails.
Amsterdam: Shank tries to hit Mi-Yen with the limo, but she dodges and slices the syringe gun in half.
Aboveground: Elana and Nemo announce that they are heading to the rendez-vous. Alaistar tells them to fire everything the jet has. They do, and Alaistar narrowly dodges out of the way but the spiders are unaffected. Alaistar leaps to the top of the original plane and all of the spiders orient and fire on him. Elana and Nemo fly crookedly toward the rendez-vous. Fio and Renji have a bonding moment as they demolish another spider.
Underground: Devi successfully teleports the moulds to outside of the wall.
Lucas cuts the generator power, and the spiders are momentarily disabled, and our heroes take the opportunity to clear out, and Chen uses the Medallion to bring them to Amsterdam.
