The kids bring Jeanne and Valerie back after rescuing them from RaphaelArkadeus and his white alligator. The two of them are still a bit groggy from being knocked out, and the kids hurry them up to the big bedroom, keeping them out of sight of the adults.

Ollie brings the two girls some water to drink, and Jefferson gets a few spare ends of bread from the kitchen for them to eat.

<#bill: Cole looks anxious. He turns to Jefferson (since the girls are still groggy and Ollie is tending his sister.) "What happened?" #>

<#court: Jeanne, still groggy but starting to come around, looks around the room, still a bit panicked. She echoes Cole. "What //happened//?" #>

<#bill: @Jonah: Jonah I noticed that you updated Arkadeus's page and noted that Jeanne and Ollie have run into him a number of times. I'm not sure if that reflects history up to this point or what you're anticipating as future interactions after this. If they are prior occurrences, other than the time of the clay gathering which I think we said we all know about, are the other kids aware of these interactions? #>
<#jonah: I know the other kids know about the clay gathering. NeedsKelly: can you fill in [[1867.10.18 MudHuntingInTheBayou]] so we can figure out what happens with Arkadeus there, and whether there's any debrief about it with the other kids? It'd help us set the scene here. #>

<#court: Jeanne is ultra-paranoid for the next week, at least.#>

<#ann: Celeste makes them = Jeanne and Val a reviving tea when they get back.#>

<#kate: Ella's wary and edgy, keeps looking into shadows and such.#>

<#court: Jeanne also petitions to not work in the garden that week. Not sure if the request can be granted or not.#>

<#ann: Celeste will offer to trade with her until she's feeling better.#>

<#jonah: That evening and the next day, Ollie is often found staring out windows, or sitting in a corner, spaced out and glassy eyed.#>

<#ann: Celeste starts worrying at him, worried he's coming down with something and shoving teas at him.#>

<#court: Jeanne thanks Celeste for switching. And then, just when they are going to have their first shift, she comes up in a panic and says that she can do it, please don't switch. (I'm happy to do this in the big chat or I can private chat you, Ann).#>

**Cool okay everyone ready to move on to dinner the next day?**

<#bill: Cole is quiet and I'm ready to move on.#>

**FYI Minnie is generally not informed of what is going on, and what she does pick up she thinks is just Cal telling stories.**

**I think so. Ollie I think tosses and turns a bit. But no one else has obvious problems.**

<#court: Jeanne is not tossing or turning, not disruptive just lying there with her eyes open. If anyone notices and tries to help she thanks them and lies down quietly.#>

<#kate: (I think Ella's just singing from bed Her reasoning = help people sleep but not done in anyone's face, maybe even to help herself)#>

<#ann: Celeste still gives her the frog, then goes back to bed. She knows Jeanne doesn't want to make a scene, but she still feels she has to do something.#>

<#court: And the night passes =)#>

**okay so next day passes without major event, moving on to dinner.**
