<#kate: I made two characters who during the party appear to be talking "sweetly" to Ella who's playing the piano. They are two cousins: JosephineGatwood Josephine Gatwood and HyacintheWindsor Hyachinthe Windsor. Josephine is the sister of BerylGatwood Beryl Gatwood a shy young man who spends most of the party nodding in other people's conversations and, especially when the dancing starts, twirling a derby in his hands. They are nieces and nephew to CharlotteGatwood Mrs. Charles Gatwood who stayed at the hotel last summer. Upon noticing the boys (I'm assuming they're all there except maybe Jefferson who might be in the kitchen) on the porch, the two cousins make their approach. They are in flirty although in the kind of way rich girls might try messing with the rascally fellas their parents would probably not like them associating with.#>
