Ella sneaks out with her handmade mask to enjoy the Mardi Gras celebrations.
<#ann: Celeste sneaks out too. The next day, when throwing rocks at targets with Cole for amusement, she decides that it would be even more fun to learn to juggle. It takes several days, but she finally figures out how to do two balls in one hand. A few more weeks and she can juggle four balls in two hands. The three ball cascade eludes her, however. No matter how she tries, it just doesn't work. (After the Circus 1871 event, she realizes that she was visualizing the wrong thing and watching the real jugglers fixes that. She learns to juggle three balls as well. Though she tries, she can never quite manage five balls.) #>

<#kate: Ella would be interested in trying her hand at juggling although I doubt she's very good at it, but bodily challenges are her cup of tea. #>
<#ann: If Ella is interested, Celeste will encourage her. (Especially (humans being humans) if Celeste is better at it than Ella is at first. Once the two of them are good enough, htey can start doing partner jugggling, which is both fun, and enough of a new challenge that it keeps the interest up past the first enthusiasm. #>
