Jefferson steals something hot cross buns he shouldn't from the kitchen dumps and it gives him food poisoning. He is very ill for a few days, but eventually recovers.
To this day he doesn't like dessert stuff, and Celeste does most of the desert cooking.

She throws herself into trying to make him better, plying him with teas that Louis sends up, helping soak cool rags to mop his head with, etc. When he recovers, she is half-convinced that it is due to her helping. This is the point at which she starts taking an interest in nursing and health. #>
Is this an okay place on the timeline? I thought it would be better to put it in before Erin gets there so that she's reacting to an acute sickness rather than a chronic one.
