AbnerHayes Abner Hayes takes all of the boys on a hunting trip. They're hunting foxes this year.
After a few hours of wandering the woods and listening to Abner's tall tales of past conquests, they finally track and shoot a fox, but Shawn shoots badly and doesn't get the kill shot, badly wounding the animal. Seemingly simultaneously, Ollie totally freaks out and is inconsolably upset that the fox is hurt. Abner has to shoot the animal to put it out of its pain, and then takes Ollie home early from the trip.

(I'm assuming we all have to go back if Ollie is being brought back) #><#jonah: Ollie takes the hand and holds fairly tightly, walking silently. He sniffles occasionally, but doesn't seem to be taking in much of anything. His eyes are somewhat glazed over. #>
<#court: When they get back, Cole gets a message to Jeanne, who comes quickly to join them, asking what happened. #> <#bill: That's cool. #>
<#jonah: Ollie looks pretty wiped out. He offers a half-hearted explanation about being worried that the animal was hurt, and then asks if he can go to bed early. #>
