The dropper is a small vial of red and gold liquid in a small white plastic dropper. The red liquid looks vaguely like blood, the yellow / gold liquid is of an unknown substance. This via was discovered on a member of TheTemplars The Templars (who are a military arm of the Hand of God). When they engaged Alaistar, Radley, Fio, Elana in the suburbs of Rome on Oct 18 2007.

It use or purpose is unknown.
