Santiago is 6'1" tall, tan skin, short dark hair, brown eyes and a well trimmed gotee. His clothes are always tailor made and cut to fit in the most stylish fashions. Accompanying his attire is always a belt with two holsters, one at each hip that carry the Ramirez family pistols. Because of this accessory he favors long coats that obsure his arsenal. One of these weapons is his weaponized SantiagosPistol pistol.

Santiago is very friendly, the second most charismatic member of the TheNine Nine, falling just shy of RenjiYoritomo Renji Yoritomo. He is fun loving, enjoys a good time, fast cars, beautiful women, loves music and dancing and relishes the finer things in life from the best cuisine to the finest wines. Santiago lives in the moment and sees himself as a global adventurer, a modern day Robin Hood who constantly acts to rescue those less fortunate than himself, which in his mind is everyone. He has a razor sharp intellect that he uses to construct various clockwork based devices and has created a strong tie between himself and the smartest member of the TheNine Nine, SebastianNemo Sebastian Nemo. Santiago is also a skilled with RuneCraft as well as a more universal inventor of all things mechanical. These skills are based out of a long Ramirez family history of invention that also carries a long standing rivalry with AlexanderPappas Alexander Pappas due to his complete decimation of the Ramirez line, except for Santiago and his father. If the opportunity to strike at Pappas arises, Santiago will take it. Santiago is extremely agile and deadly with his guns in combat although he is significantly disadvantaged if caught in close quarters. He works well in a group although is disinclined to lead.
