The dropper is a small vial of red and gold liquid in a small white plastic dropper. The red liquid looks vaguely like blood, the yellow / gold liquid is of an unknown substance. This via was discovered on a member of The Templars, (who are a military arm of the Hand of God.) When they engaged Alaistar, Radley, Fio, Elana and It use or purpose is unknown.
