Summary
Tao first appeared at the SothebysIncident where he bid on the StoneofTheHenge and appears to observe the rest of the auction from his post in the back of the room. Later on he observes the fight that takes place over the ShuttleofArachne shuttle in the Thames between BarclayLadner, Goreshade, and FioIvanov that is joined by Mi-yen, Alaistar, ElanaKozlov Elana Kozlov and RenjiYoritomo Renji Yoritomo. He sees DeviChaaya Devi standing at the railing, and acts as though he would like to talk to her, calling her "daughter". He is attacked by a man in a green cloak, but escapes and flies away.
Later that same evening he and Goreshade fight against FioIvanov who is in possession of the ShuttleofArachne shuttle and RadleyQuinn Radley Quinn but this attack is thwarted by a member of TheBlackGuard. The next morning he again fights FioIvanov Fio and Alaistar in what became known as NewsOct18 a terrorist attack at Paddington Station. In Rome, during NewsOct19 another supposed terrorist incident, he again fights FioIvanov Fio and Radley Quinn, this time losing his head and being burnt to ash. However, he recovers and reforms, much to his apparent displeasure. He says “I can’t be killed. Even you can’t. Only him, he’s the only one.” Then he flies off.
