This tribe is an ancient subsection of the Aleut peoples who inhabit modern day Alaska. The Aleuqit were decimated in the 1595 BCE TheBattleofQaxchikdax Battle of Qaxchikdax which was spurred on by the Aleuqit worship of HeWhoDoesNotSleep He Who Does Not Sleep. The most prominent member of the tribe was Maka who became possessed by HeWhoDoesNotSleep He Who Does Not Sleep and isolated on the island of Qaxchikdax following the battle.
