Chen leads them. WuWong Wu says that the sun chamber is in the other direction. The white of Chen Chen’s wraith looks back towards WuWong Wu as he runs, “That is true but VirgilBelmont Virgil and the crystal have moved. The battle is in this direction. You will have to trust me.” They continue to run and end up at the door to the sealed chamber where they meet up with RenjiYoritomo Renji and DeviWong Devi. VirgilBelmont Virgil, MustafaOmarMohammed Mustafa and AshamAshari Asham are there as well as tons of Wraiths and Hollows. MustafaOmarMohammed Mustafa is missing an arm and is bleeding from various other wounds. RenjiYoritomo Renji is standing over MustafaOmarMohammed Mustafa’s body. VirgilBelmont Virgil is defending DeviWong Devi. AshamAshari Asham is down on the ground and appears to be mortally wounded. Next to Ashram is the large crystal.
During the fighting NeruKazi Neru is injured. Miyen Mi-yen defends as best she can, taking blows ment for others and attacking the Wraiths and Hollows. The fighting continues but as it nears the end, the Wraiths and Hollows start dragging the Crystal as well as the wounded towards the gate. Miyen Mi-yen and those still able to fight, rescue the people but loose the Crystal. While fighting Mi-yen confirms that they are constructing the machine inside that room but there is only one gate.
After twenty minutes VirgilBelmont Virgil comes though the door leading a troop of wounded. VirgilBelmont Virgil is nursing a bleeding right arm and a cut on his leg, Raven has taken a blow to the face which is bruising but seems otherwise okay, Winter is cut on the shoulder, ZinRaishin Zin has a long cut on his back, NeruKazi Neru long cuts across her chest, Chen seems unhurt as does Miyen Mi-yen, Hugh, DeviWong Devi, and RenjiYoritomo Renji, AshamAshari Asham is mortally wounded, ribs broken and a hole though his chest, his breathing shallow and labored, MustafaOmarMohammed Mustafa is missing an arm and is bleeding, neither looks like they will survive. WuWong Wu was also mortally wounded, they bring back his body.
