Spencer is a tall, rail-thin man, with a smile and demeanor that put others at ease. He once worked for the Agency as a Section11 Section 11 investigator, but faked his own death to escape. He later co-founded a freedom-fighter paramilitary group called TheMinuteMen The Minute Men. He also possesses an uncanny lucky streak. Things keep falling his way. Whether it's never hitting red lights, chance encounters on the street, or the roll of dice in a casino, the universe just seems to love him.
Spencer Price, is a person of opposites. He is tall for his height, with features that leave him lanky but handsome. His jet black hair, dark eyes and bright white smile often leave a lasting impression, but his thin body and otherwise non descript features have him fade into the background if he’s not smiling or talking. He is sort of non descript, in a impression making way. Five minutes after he leaves you prolly couldn’t say how tall he was, or what color his eyes were, but you knew that he was Spencer Price, and that you liked the guy.
Spencer is from “nowheresville” LA by his own description. His father left the family before he was born and his mother raised him with the help of his grandmother. He has a soft spot for women in general, and tends to be much more disarmed by them.
He has a lightning wit and mind, often living in a world two steps ahead of those around him which lets those who don’t know him assign him a bohemian or dreamy demeanor. To do so would be to underestimate his considerable mind. He’s not dreaming, he’s playing the game you are but he’s twelve steps ahead.
He failed out of every institution that he ever applied himself to. Dropping out of high school, but then ace-ing his GED. Got a free ride to Yale, but dropped out of that as well. He would be flipping burgers in “nowheresville” if not for picking up a job as a private investigator, and within a week, exposing an agent. He was then snapped up by the agency. Young, bright, he seemed to be exactly what they wanted, but again he failed out of their “training”. Not wanting to lose someone with so much potential, and knowing that he knew too much to just be let go he was bounced down to section 11.
There he has wasted away. Pretty much killing time, doing what he likes. Section 11, is so under funded and unlooked at that Spencer has nothing to spend but time.

Some time after he escaped from the Agency, Spencer met FioIvanov, and they discovered a mutual hatred for TheAllianceOfHumanity The Alliance. They also both shared the opinion that The Agency was not pro-active enough in battling The Alliance. They decided to found TheMinuteMen The Minute Men, and grew the organization into a small paramilitary operation, which conducted raids and incursions against Alliance interests and activities.
After a few months, Spencer decided that The Minute Men should pursue other groups besides just The Alliance. He has been seen seemingly stealing the ShuttleOfArachne Shuttle of Arachne from TheLost, and appeared to rescue a small girl, WendyWonder Wendy Wonder from them as well.
