TheAgency The Agency has a research facility in northern France. In this facility is a vault intended for keeping dangerous artifacts, both those containing runes and those made with ColdSteel Cold Steel.
In October 2007, the Vault was broken into by members of the TheAllianceOfHumanity Alliance of Humanity in an attempt to regain the SwordOfDestiny Sword of Destiny. What other artifacts may have been in the vault or may have been seized by Alliance members is unknown.
