Wendy is a six year old girl. She is able to create a pink dragon that breathes chocolate fudge. As the dragon passes an area, that area is filled with strangeness and whimsy. For example, a fire hydrant may turn into a stuffed rabbit, or flowers might turn into lollipops. After the dragon leaves, the area will once again return to normal. This power suggests that Wendy may have had something to do with the strange incidents of "anarchy" in Amsterdam as reported by the NewsOct18 BBC News on October 18, 2007 CE.

On October 19, 2007 CE she was seen in a car with SpencerPrice Spencer Price.
