As a young woman in India, Anila was chosen to be the bodyguard of the children of RafikKazi Rafik Kazi and GwenKnight Gwen Knight the leaders of the power Kazi caravan and trade route. Her dedication to these children enables her to go with them to Crete when they are taken in by their uncle, BastienKnight Bastien Knight who teaches them. She and BastienKnight Bastien fall in love, their two different personalities meshing well with eachother and they are soon married. Without abandoning her vows to protect the Kazi children, she and BastienKnight Bastien have two of their own, JaidenKnight Jaiden and VarenKnight Varen. The eldest will remain with the Knights while they allow VarenKnight Varen to be taken in by the Kazi’s. In 1266, however, Anila is killed by TheLeftHand The Left Hand who does so in order to get close to her husband, BastienKnight Bastien and attempt to obtain his RunicCodeBook Runic Code Book.
- 1285 BCE - Becomes the bodyguard of HaydenKazi Hayden Kazi and AylinKazi Aylin Kazi
- 1283 BCE - Travels with HaydenKazi Hayden and AylinKazi Aylin to Crete where they are taken in and taught by BastienKnight Bastien Knight. Anila and BastienKnight Bastien fall in love and are soon married.
