Matu is one of the legendary warriors of the TheAshariVillage Ashari Village. After his village was destroyed by the TheRightHand Right Hand he is found through the quest of DavuAshari Davu who brings him back to the TheAshariVillage Ashari Village and initiates him into the trial system. Matu's quest leads him to rescue NDore N'Dore from ZaizenTamari Zaizen and in doing so also rescues Golem whom he brings to ParadiseLost Paradise Lost. These efforts facilitate the collaboration between the TheChosen Chosen and the AllianceofHumanity Alliance of Humanity that culminates in the Battle to divide Zaizen. With this success and his quest complete, Matu lives out the remainder of his days back at the TheAshariVillage Ashari Village.

Matu is born in a village near the Ashari Village.
1170 BCE
Matu becomes an orphan as the Right Hand kills his parents and tribe.
Davu finds Matu and brings Matu back to the Ashari Village.

Matu saves Victor Knight who is being attacked by Soren and kills Soren. Matu convinces Victor Knight to join him in his quest which brings them into Egypt and talking with the Alliance of Humanity.
Late 1145 BCE
Matu and Victor Knight enter Egypt and save the leader of the Alliance of Humanity, Menefer who is being attacked by Luyu. This enables collaboration to begin between the Chosen and Alliance of Humanity against Zaizen.
1144 BCE
A meeting between Matu, Victor Knight representing the Chosen and the Alliance of Humanity represented by Menefer occurs where they discuss how to defeat Zaizen. Matu then leaves with members of the Chosen including Namir Mohammed (25) to go get N’dore from Siberia. Namir Mohammed leaves his son Sahir Mohammed in the care of his father, Rabah Mohammed.
1143 BCE
Matu rescues N’dore and Golem from Zaizen’s fortress but during the fight Namir Mohammed is killed by Deathblade. Matu returns to Paradise Lost with Golem.
1141 BCE
After the fight to divide Zaizen, Matu leaves for the Ashari Village.
