Duncan is a Scottish kid on the run from the Agency. He can do amazing things in an automobile. He is a thrillseeker, and always game for helping out in a scrap. He’s more of a live fast, die young type personality, with a bit of a distaste for the Agency. The few times that he's been seen, he's been helping out SpencerPrice Spence Price.
