The members of TheOrderOfTheRedHood The Order of the Red Hood wear a bright red cloak with special properties. The hoods are made of a special material that glows slightly, and is clearly not mundane. The hoods have separate, detachable clasps in the shape of a wolf's head. When the hood is put on and the clasp is closed, a short tune plays in the mind of the wearer. At the end, the impression is given that the hood is waiting for something. If the wearer then whistles the four notes that complete the song, the hood is activated. The user now has access to lickety-split speed, and can take an extra action per turn. However, this comes at a price. All of the speed and time that the wearer uses now will be taken from twenty four hours in the future, at which point the user will freeze completely to compensate for the time she used earlier. There are also less well-known long-term effects. There is some implication that long-term use of the hoods leads to shortened life spans.
