A tall, gnarled, wooden staff with runes on it.
This item was auctioned off at Sotheby's during the SothebysIncident Sotheby's Incident (see Oct172007). Grace and Similacrum Chaucer bid for the item but when it reached 1 billion dollars, Grace became enraged and charged the stage. She was killed in the ensuing conflict by the dogs of AlexanderPappas Alexander Pappas and the failed efforts of intervention by Elana and Alaistar. During the cleanup, the staff was awarded to Similacrum Chaucer for 500 million dollars. It was taken from the auction house by Radley Quinn. Legend has it that it was used by the Druid Merlin and it is apparently being protected by TheBlackGuard who intervene in a conflict between Fio, Radley Quinn and GoreShade and Tao in order to prevent the staff from falling into the latters hands.
When smelled by one with a strong olfactory ability, the staff smells like a potpourri of natural aromas from spring flowers to natural decay. When the runes are unbound, such as by the GordianKnot, three wolves heads appear and attempt to eat the face of whomever it holding it.
