Founded during World War 2 to fight a Nazi organization called TheAssociationOfTheBlack The Association of the Black, or Verbindung des Schwarzen. Following the war it was reduced in scope and prestige. On October 18, 2007 it was reinstated under the direction of Elana Kozlov.
