Fio (as he calls himself) is a creature of the underground. He has lived in many cities around the world, and speaks many languages. He's a fighter, and relies on steely blades which he forms from his blood. He is able to draw the blood out through his skin using the force of his will, and it rapidly hardens into a grey, metallic substance. He's quick to anger, and quick to forgive, and gets much of the joy in his life from chasing women and fighting the Alliance, especially GiulioRovere Sir Rovere.

June 22, 1979 - Fyodor Ivanov is born in Moscow, Russia, to Maxim and Vera, the middle child of three.
August 13, 1991 - Major car accident, killing siblings and awakening some of Fio's metahuman ability.
November 10, 1992 - Fio comes home to find TheAllianceOfHumanity in his house, waiting to kill him. He fights them off, but after the fight ends up in Brazil.
June 4, 1996 - Fio returns to his home in Moscow after a long absence, and decides that his parents are happier without him. He never goes back again.
January 1997 - Fio is approached by VictoriaRedgrave, and informed about TheAgency. He rejects the Agency's help, and hops a train, but is followed by TheAllianceOfHumanity. They beat him up and take some of his blood, but he follows them. They deliver the blood to GiulioRovere Sir Rovere, and Rovere uses it to detect Fio's presence. They fight, and Fio manages to destroy the captured blood, before escaping with the help of VictoriaRedgrave.
1998-2005 - Fio spends this time moving from place to place, fighting the oppression of the helpless, and trying to be a thorn in TheAllianceOfHumanity The Alliance's side.
September 5, 2006 - Meets SpencerPrice in a Monte Carlo casino, and within a week they decide to form TheMinuteMen.
October 2007 - Fio gets a message from SpencerPrice with a lead about a Sotheby's auction which has piqued TheAllianceOfHumanity's interest. He heads to London to check it out, and finds himself involved in the SothebysIncident.
