Fio (as he calls himself) is a creature of the underground. He has lived in many cities around the world, and speaks many languages. He's a fighter, and relies on steely blades which he forms from his blood. He is able to draw the blood out through his skin using the force of his will, and it rapidly hardens into a grey, metallic substance. He's quick to anger, and quick to forgive, and gets much of the joy in his life from chasing women and fighting the Alliance, especially SirRovere Sir Rovere.
